Packages are shipped within 1 - 2 business days after order is received.
Care is taken and items are wrapped and packed the way we would want to receive the item. Recycled shipping materials and boxes are used as needed. Sometimes egg cartons are used. Bubble wrap, packing peanuts, and shredded paper are also used.
If you buy more than 1 item from Chaseyblue, combine shipping is available. Items purchased will dictate if they can be combined or not. If they can, a refund of partial shipping may be given if combined shipping is less than what you had paid for shipping.
We ship via USPS 1st class and priority mail. On large items, we also ship UPS ground.
I can not guarantee a delivery date of your purchase, this is totally in the hands of USPS and UPS, depending on their schedule and work load. Tracking is provided on all shipments as soon as package is processed for shipping.
If you need your package by a certain time or in a hurry, you can upgrade your shipping to express mail. This is still not a guarantee, it depends on your location and the time of day you place your order. Please contact us for a quote if you would like this additional service.
Custom fees, import duties, taxes, and border fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer in addition to and separate from listing price and shipping cost charged by Chaseyblue. Please contact your local customs office to determine what these fees will be before making your purchase. Insurance and tracking provided on Priority Mail only. Insurance may or may not be available for 1st class Mail. If insurance is not available, Chaseyblue will not be responsible for lost or damaged shipment.

DAMAGED - LOST SHIPPING
Contact me within 2 days of receiving damaged shipment. Do not contact the carrier. Please keep box and all packing. You must fully cooperate with Chaseyblue in filing a claim within a timely manner, including emailing detailed photos of damaged box before opened and contents inside.
Carriers have their own wait schedule before we can file a claim to declare a package lost.
Packages that show delivered through tracking will be considered delivered by Chaseyblue. If your package shows delivered and you have not received it, please contact your local post office immediately. This is a matter between you and your post office.
You will be refunded once the claim is finalized and carrier has paid on damages/loss.
If an item comes back to us marked as unclaimed for any reason, we will hold package for 3 days. Then,the item will be relisted without refund to buyer. If the buyer contacts us wanting item during those 3 days, we will reship package at buyers expense.
